Impact Institution
ABOUT US
In September 2021, I co-founded The Impact Institution in Mumbai, driven by a passion for creating opportunities for differently-abled students. Over the course of two years, we made significant strides in supporting these students. One of our key initiatives involved collaborating with Hindustan Pencils to supply over 600+ art and stationary kits to schools like SPJ Sadhana and NGOs like Happy Feet Home, helping to imbibe creativity and expression among differently-abled children.
Beyond this, we took to social media, using platforms like Instagram to spearhead awareness campaigns that emphasized the importance of respect and inclusion for the differently-abled. We also developed art tutorials aimed at enhancing fine motor skills and teaching nuanced techniques, like different sketching methods, in an easy-to-understand way. This journey was all about making a tangible impact and ensuring that every student, regardless of ability, had the chance to thrive.
OUR MISSION
At The Impact Institution, we were dedicated to ensuring that differently-abled students received the opportunities they deserved. We believed that every child should have the chance to express themselves, learn, and grow in a world that often overlooked their potential. Our mission was to break down barriers and create a space where creativity and education were accessible to all.
We focused on more than just providing resources; we aimed to ignite a spark, foster inclusion, and make sure every student knew they mattered. Our vision was a future where differently-abled individuals were not just participants, but leaders in their communities.
”These kits will go a long way in supporting our cause of empowering children with meaningful education
